Welcome to my third grade class!  I look forward to working with you and your child this year.  We will experience many fun and challenging activities this year.  If at anytime you have a concern or question please contact me and I'll be happy to discuss it with you.  Please know I will get back to you within 24 hours. My schedule varies from day to day and I may not be able to contact you the same day.

Please let me know ahead of time if you would like to celebrate your child's birthday so I can plan accordingly.  A note or an email ahead of time will help me plan. We don't want to have two birthday celebrations on the same day.

Snack time in our room is in the morning as we have the last lunch of the day.  Please send in healthy snacks for your child as they become hungry and are better able to attend to the tasks at hand when their stomachs are full. 

Homework is Monday through Friday {Math on Friday}.  However, if it is a long term project the homework can extend over the weekends. Math Homework  is given out Monday-Friday and is to be returned the next day.   Reading logs will be given out at the begin of each week and need to be returned the following Monday!
