Mr. Cina
Kyle Cina is the English Language Arts teacher for the Academy at Hendrick Hudson High School, the advisor for the Digital Film & Editing club, the advisor for the Speech and Debate club, and an Instructional Technology Coach for the district. He graduated from Marist College with a B.A. in Secondary English Education with a concentration in Writing, and is currently enrolled in an M.S. for T.E.S.O.L. program at Mercy College.
Kyle believes that reinforcing the power of student voices is imperative; having students recognize the validity of their ideas, and learn the process of putting their words into action, is the cornerstone of empowering communities. Kyle wants all students to be the change they wish to see.
